All operational sequences from storing the grain to the shipment of the malt are computer-supported. This ensures optimum quality control.

Best brewing spring barley from nearby growing areas, modern production plants as well as highly qualified and motivated employees stand for the excellent quality of the different types of malt and determine the success of the company. As a result of the large storage capacity at both malthouses and in implemented computer-supported systems, favourable conditions are created to ensure the quality requirements of the customers.

Our lab stands for our quality control

The raw materials and products from the different production stages are continuously checked in our own malthouse laboratory for quality assurance.

Continuous control at all individual stages of the malting process are a mandatory prerequisite for the high quality targets we set for our raw materials and the products for our customers.

Pre-determined quality attributes such as extract, protein content, colour, f/c-difference and modification properties are the basis for the separate storage of kilned malt in our silos.
